A case of intelligent thermal network construction based on cloud platform
In 2016, our company undertook the construction of intelligent thermal network based on Cloud platform in Datong, and adopted the "B-Cloud" Cloud platform architecture of Bei Ming Software Company. The platform is composed of three control nodes, six computing nodes and three replica fault-tolerant mechanisms, realizes distributed dynamic resource allocation and management, global resource load balancing, network and storage virtualization, virtual firewall, fault migration, high availability dynamic resource scheduling and other platform functions.
Software that has been set up on the platform: PVSS heat network monitoring system, total network balance optimization control system, heat network command scheduling system, thermal network energy consumption analysis system, geographic information system, meter reading system. The mutual cooperation and underlying data sharing of each system are realized. The cold/heat transfer technology was adopted, the failure of any physical server, will not affect the operation of the system. Software to be built in the future: Intelligent reporting system, heating billing management system, customer service system and mobile APP terminal system.
Datong heating company has 10 heating branches, 1 maintenance repair branch and 4 customer service centers. The company has laid the primary pipe network of 844 kilometers, installed 396 thermal stations and a heating area of 54m square meters.
