DCS system is used to manage, monitor and control the main process equipment of boilers, the system is highly reliable, easy to maintain and easy to operate, the hardware configuration is convenient for future extensions. The system adopts distributed structure and distributed multiple system components on the open communication network, these system components have a separate functional processor for on-site process control unit. The process controller completes continuous, discrete, sequential control and data acquisition functions through the intelligent process I/O card parts, connecting terminals and necessary signal processing. The system components (process controllers, operation stations, and engineers) communicate through high-speed data networks.
The system is divided into three modes: automatic, set and maintain. When the system is in automatic mode, all the regulating circuits are automatically adjusted; When the system is in set mode, the regulating circuits can be hand/automatic adjustment, and the equipment sequence is stopped; When the system is in maintenance mode, all the equipment is manual and maintained in a closed position for maintenance.
The control of boiler body is mainly control of water temperature. The normal water supply of the boiler comes from the heat network circulating pump, boiler circulating pump is mainly used to keep the boiler internal flow and adjust boiler water inlet temperature and flow, adopt frequency conversion adjustment.
The control and protection of burner are the key points of boiler control. The protection of burner is completed by BMS and DCS system. Furthermore, the interlocking condition can be monitored and reported by network communication between BMS and DCS system.
