Lanzhou's atmospheric environmental protection project consists of two sub-projects, including the West-East Heat Transmission project in Lanzhou city and the expansion project of heating pipe network in Dongcheng district Lanzhou city. The total heating area is 18.2 million square meters. Main contents of this project: build 2 x 115.31km of primary heating pipe network, 220 thermal stations and 2 dispatching centers (including relay stations), establish a complete network communication and control system, complete the design, supply, installation, debugging, commissioning and transfer of the automatic control system.
The monitoring system includes heat exchanger station operation monitoring system, heating operation fee management system, customer service system, heating geographic information system, the heat pipe network hydraulic balance analysis system, online simulation analysis system of heat supply network, production scheduling and energy management system, thermodynamic facilities patrol management system, the heat meter remote data acquisition management, heating administrative office system, dynamic balance analysis and control system of the heating network. The operation monitoring system of heat exchange station is the core of the system operation, and communicates with the user through the communication data transmission system, is responsible for collecting test information uploaded by users and sending various operation commands to control users. The heat exchange station sets up PLC control system, and the screen can monitor the device inside the station. The high definition network camera is installed in each heat exchange station to realize the video monitoring in the station, and all heat exchange stations realize automatic control.
