      In 2002-2003, the frequency conversion and DCS system engineering of Beijing District Heating Group NO. 1/2 pump stations were successively implemented, in 2005, we implemented a new construction project of pump station frequency conversion and DCS system.

      Three pumping stations are all Three Used & One Alternative and parallel water supply system, adopts Siemens vector control technology and DCS control system, the control mode is divided into local manual control, remote setting control and joint control of heat network, the remote setting control and joint closed-loop control are realized. The system can complete the automatic and flexible operation of the circulating pump according to the actual operation condition, based on vector control method, combined with process closed-loop control, the pump station can be operated in various ways, such as setting pressure difference, setting flow rate or network automation. The maximum efficiency of the frequency converter has been given full play to achieve the purpose of safety, efficiency and energy conservation.
